Helping people live well beyond diagnosis.
The Brigitte Trust is a Surrey-based charity providing free, one-to-one support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families. Since 1984, our trained volunteers have supported hundreds of families across Surrey, offering practical help and emotional support through the hardest chapter of life. We believe everyone has the right to live well beyond diagnosis, and to make the most of their time, no matter the outcome.

We also support families after a loss. Our bereavement support is free to anyone in Surrey over 18 struggling with grief.
If you or someone you love needs support, make a referral and we’ll take it from there. Or, if you’d like to know more first, explore our services and support options.
