Since 1984, we at The Brigitte Trust have been dedicated to supporting individuals and their families facing terminal conditions, enhancing quality of life through practical and emotional help. We offer free services for adults living with a terminal illness in the Surrey area, facing the challenges of conditions such as cancer, motor neurone disease and end-stage organ failure.

Home visitingOur free home visiting service matches volunteer and client, with the volunteer visiting the same family member each week and building a relationship centred on the client and their individual needs.

Bereavement SupportVolunteer support to a client family extends beyond the funeral with visits for up to three months. We also run free Bereavement Support groups, open to anyone in Surrey struggling with grief.

Before I Say Goodbye: WorkshopsBefore I Say Goodbye: Workshops is a free 3- week course, meeting for Q&As and discussions with an invited speaker such as a funeral director or solicitor, followed by refreshments.
