Since 1984, we at have been dedicated to supporting individuals and their families facing life-limiting conditions, enhancing quality of life through practical and emotional help. We believe that everyone has the right to live well beyond diagnosis and to make the most of their time, no matter the outcome.
We offer free services for adults living with a life-limiting illness in the Surrey area, facing the challenges of conditions such as cancer, motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis.
Get help for yourself, a family member, patient or client by filling out our referral form. Our services are here to support the people of Surrey.
Our free home visiting service matches volunteer and client, with the volunteer visiting the same family member each week and building a relationship centred on the client and their individual needs.
Volunteer support to a client family extends beyond the funeral with visits for up to three months. We also run free Bereavement Support groups, open to anyone in Surrey struggling with grief.
Our death cafés are free and open to anyone, to speak freely and without judgement. There is no set agenda for a death café meeting, just facilitated discussion following the interests of those attending.
Your support allows us to continue providing our free services to individuals facing the struggles of a life-limiting diagnosis. You can get started today by creating a fundraising page online through Enthuse.
